Hey, guys!

I have some random parts from different projects laying around, and I'd like to get some quick $ for them.

First off, is my Japanese assortment. It includes a bunch of same pieces (only a couple are full length), a set of dragon menuki, two pairs of shitodome (one steel, originally painted gold, but I polished it, not great, but a good budget-minded way to get rare silver shitodome, and the other is high quality from a Ronin Katana sword, possibly brass), as well as a 10 foot long piece of used silk ito (possibly imitation silk, the add for the RK I got it from called it silk, but I can't tell) and a 6.5 foot cheap synthetic sageo from a Musashi.

I'm asking $25 [shipping included] for the lot of it. :D

Here're a few pics. 8-)

^The one on the bottom is the cheap sageo, the one on top is the used 'maybe-silk' ito.

Next up, I have 3 different lockets from scabbards that I've redone with rainguards, and have no real use for these even though they're in good to great condition. I'm asking $7.50+shipping each for the two larger ones, and $5 for the small locket. If you'd like all three, it's $17+shipping for all. :)

The largest of the three items is in need of a quick polish with metal glo, which I will happily take care of before shipping. It is 1" wide, whereas the middle-sized locket with the protruding knob is around 13/16" thick. The small one is right at 3/4" thick. Please note the these deminsions are of the ENTIRE locket, not the inner width. ;)

Here're a few pics for you (ignore the rusty locket, it's being used for something else, just happens to be in the pics)-

EDITED to add

I also have a custom back quiver that was one of my earlier project up for sale. I very rarely do archery, and have no need for this quiver... besides, it has too many small quirks for me to be entirely pleased and I shudder every time I look at it, lol. :P I'm suire someone else could be much happier with it. ;) It's also far too large for me, even though I made it for myself. ::) I kinda mis-measured a bit. ;) It should fit people with up to a 38" chest, measured diagonally from hip to shoulderblade.

Here are some pics:

Also, here's a link to a thread which details the making of this piece- http://sbgswordforum.proboards.com/inde ... 526&page=1

I've fixed most of the issues outlines in that thread; the quiver's 'edges' have been straightened; the rivets have been repeened and their backs, flattened; the entire assembly has been thoroughly coated with water resistant finishes, etc. Unfortunately, however, a few other problems still exist---

---first and foremost, the finish I used caused an unusual problem where the invisible (to both eye and touch) wax finish is extremely easy to scuff, and impacts create a strange spiderweb-like mark, as pictured above. The last 4 pictures above show this problem in detail, actually...
---the strap with the buckle is a bit too long for my taste. On my slight frame, that strap alone transcends the distance from hip to shoulder, leaving barely enough room to buckle it. So, if the measurement outlined above is less than 32" or so for you, this doesn't fit you. ;)
---the inner edges of the holes punched for the buckle aren't dyed. A minor issue, but worth mentioning.
---the belt lacks a 'keeper' after the buckle to constrain the extra belt.

All things considered, this is a good first effort, but has its flaws. I would like a mere $30 for this quiver, plus shipping, which doesn't even cover materials. It's quite a steal if you're in need of a high quality quiver at a low price... if I do say so m'self. ;) 8-)

Thanks for looking! ;D

I'll have a few other things up soon, including a sword, but these are all of the random bits and pieces I have laying around. :P Feel free to PM me with requests for info, or with offers!

Thanks again,
Slayer/Brogdon
